Green Team Update

I managed to have a quick chat with Charlotte today about the situation on the Green Team, unfortunately she's been struggling to communicate successfully with the school and the project hasn't moved forward as much as she has hoped.
I did manage to get some copies of notes from the meetings she has been to recently though, and also a detailed brief which outlines a little more details about the project...

The brief...

Characters designed by the children on the Green Team... Charlotte set them the task of coming up with some ideas around characters to feature or influence the animation side of the documentary.

As it's a little bit touch and go with what to do next, Charlotte's talked through with me what she'd like to do next if the communication is re-built. This will involve getting the interviews done so that Charlotte can start editing them and building them into the structure of the documentary; getting some animation samples done and then some feedback on the animation ideas from the Green Team; and also, working on the titles and introduction to the documentary.

We're going to be doing some rotoscoping tomorrow afternoon as I suggested this style of animation would be quite good, and we can use some of the live footage we already have as some examples to show the Team what kind of feel the animation will have. I'll post up on that if it all goes to plan!
