Animation Workshop at a School

After the recent workshop with Nick this couldn't have come at a better time!
I've managed to get into a school in Beeston for the day, working with 14, year 8, gifted and talented children from 7 schools across Leeds, coming together for the day to make a short stop-motion animation.
Turns out there's now an animator running the workshop, but the school are more than happy for an extra pair of hands around to help out, which is a bonus for me! This means I can take a step back and see how the workshops are run on a first hand level, get a feel for the responsibility, delivery and the way things run on a full-day short workshop.
I'm looking forward to the experience of working with young children as well, start building up that CV!
:) All smiles today!
(Although the thought of being AT the school for a 7.30am start terrifies me slightly... can't remember the last time I saw that time of day!)
