Live Brief Update

In all honesty, there isn't a great deal to update on work produced, as I'm still struggling to start everything off.
But...
My main reason for not kicking things off has been because of my lack of brief to animate to. So I've been busy contacting anyone that might be able to help offer me something, here's my list so far...

Artivism
After Easter I'll be speaking to Shari, who runs the Artivism project, to discuss how I can help with the video/visuals for the exhibition which our papier-mâché heads will be contributing towards. This may be being able to help out with the editing of the video documentary of the project, or I may have the chance to create some animations for the exhibition around the theme of recycling memories.

Light Night
I've emailed James who's in charge of the event organisation and offered my assistance for any animations/visuals that may be required. I've also asked if I produce my own animation relevant to the night then would there be any opportunity to show my work somewhere. This would be a great chance to show my work to a huge audience, figures for last years event were over 15,000 people!

NFTS
I emailed the animation department to see if they have anyone working on animations at the moment that I could possibly help out on to gain experience. This may be something that carries on through to the Summer if I make successful contact, but I'll wait and see where this goes.

Faversham
There's an opportunity for an intern to work on 'AV requirements', and someone who is able to produce short films/visuals for use on their club nights. I have emailed Fran asking for more details as to what this entails and if my interest in animation would be of any use to them.

Know How Art
Jon pointed these guys out for me, he said whilst talking to them they mentioned they needed an animator for some stop motion animation work for their website. So I've jumped at the chance and dropped them an email to see if they're interested in my help. http://www.knowhowart.co.uk/
