Tough Times

I think I may cry a little... this has been the worst week this year.
I'm homesick, miss my family so so much, I have too much work - too much to handle at the minute, I'm not on top form, and I'm missing a fair few certain folk.
Doesn't make it much better that I'm not much of a talker so don't really help myself there!
On a lighter note, this fine young fellow is FINALLY coming back from Oz and hopefully coming to visit in his beast of a car ... shout out for Ben who just made my day :)

Hiya Jodie, my name is Elvina. I met you on the open day on the 22nd Oct (mixed race girl interested in vis com). I am 26 and have always lived in my home town, so when I see someone like you who has made that massive step of moving city, I must say I take my hat off to you!

You are one strong individual and for someone who isn't much of a talker, you have made a massive statement to alot of people in your life by deciding to go to uni and to go and do it in another city!

I think what you must remember is that the experiences we have in life (especially the tough ones) are there to show us that we can cope with things. Its all a learning curve honey and when you come out the other side you will be a stronger person for it!

Things may seem tough at the mo but just take a minute to look back at the things you have achieved, you obviously have a lot of talent to get on the course in the first place.

Chin up love and stay positive, things will be better next week!!
