Firstly, apologies for the lack of any posts lately, been a busy bee... struggling with work and trying to find time to think. But currently on the train home and decided to do a mass blog catch up session.
So here goes...
I’ve been meaning to put a mention on here for Critical Studies ... I think I’m the only one that actually loves it! I loved the last year on the foundation course, but I guess I’m a bit of a geek, miss learning new things. I took Psychology and Media Studies for A-level as well as Art & Design - and Critical Studies reminds me a fair bit of the 2 years of Media.
However, can’t say I’m looking forward to that presentation. I’m still not marvelously confident at talking in front of a big crowd of people.
I had my first day as a student ambassador on Wednesday, and it was a rather hungover experience haha. Drydock Tuesdays just cannot be missed! It was quite a good day actually, enjoyed showing some people around and answering a few questions I remember thinking this time last year - what the hell do I want to do?! There was one girl who was interested in Visual Communications, so hi to you if you found my blog! I thought I should probably get on top of all this and sort out something a little more interesting to read, so the post to follow is my take on the course Newcastle trip I’ve just returned from, thought I’d go for a bit of a diary feedback...
